OUR MISSION

Our mission is to provide a safe and professional environment for young people to push themselves to not only the maximum of their soccer abilities, but of themselves.

The organization was founded in 2017 by former Peruvian professional player turned coach, Carlos Cortez. After having coached his youth competitive club team for many years, Carlos noticed a gaping hole in the system. What do these kids do after they finish playing and graduate high school? Some will play in college but very few will have professional opportunities while most will fall somewhere in between going to community college with a side job or getting back into bad habits that brought them to the sport in the first place. With a demographic mainly of first-generation Americans going to college, it is often not a viable financial option. There were and are so many amazing players and young people being left in the dust. It was here where the idea to continue providing a healthy, yet competitive environment was born.

It is our commitment to develop healthy human beings on and off the pitch. Regardless of if these players develop into full professionals, play college or decide to go another route, our mission is to prepare them to be kind, tolerant, confident and intelligent human beings that can go out and make a positive contribution to the world. We are hopeful that the values we’ve promoted as an organization will be carried on by them into their respective communities.
